Everyone loves a good deal, but finding them in Richmond can often be a challenge.
Price reductions tend to occur when:
- A home has been on the market for an extended period of time with little activity
- The sellers are motivated to sell quickly & are paying attention to changing market dynamics
- The seller wants to avoid paying a double mortgage
Great, desirable homes often stay on the market longer than they should but as soon as the list price drops, they do not last long at all.
