Does the price correlate with the location, features, condition & competition? Is the property getting showings, offers and feedback?
A common misconception with price adjustments is that there is something wrong with the home. However, that is RARELY the case. Sometimes, a great property has to be repositioned simply so that it can compete better with the current conditions.
